WikiBit Service Policy

Special Notice

WikiBit agrees to provide Internet-based and mobile network-related services (hereinafter referred to as the “services”) in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the operating rules published by WikiBit from time to time. To access the services, the service user (hereinafter referred to as the “user”) shall agree to all terms of this Agreement and complete all registration procedures as prompted on the relevant pages. By clicking the “Agree” button during the registration process, the user is deemed to have fully accepted all terms and conditions under this Agreement.

Service Content

2.1 The specific content of the services provided by WikiBit shall be determined based on actual circumstances, including but not limited to publishing news comments, viewing market data, and other related functions.

2.2 The user understands and agrees that WikiBit only provides online information services related to blockchain industry platform information inquiries. Any equipment related to the relevant network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones, or other devices connected to the Internet or mobile networks) and any associated expenses (including but not limited to Internet access fees, telecommunications charges, and mobile data fees) shall be borne solely by the user.

Modification, Interruption, or Termination of Services

3.1 Due to the particular nature of online services, the user agrees that WikiBit reserves the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the services at any time without prior notice. WikiBit shall not be liable to any user or any third party for any such modification, interruption, or termination.

3.2 The user understands that WikiBit may periodically or irregularly conduct maintenance or inspection of the platforms or related equipment used to provide the services. Any reasonable interruption of the services resulting from such maintenance or inspection shall not render WikiBit liable.

3.3 WikiBit reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services provided under this Agreement to any user at any time, without liability to the user or any third party, under any of the following circumstances:

3.3.1 The personal information provided by the user is false or inaccurate;

3.3.2 The user violates any usage rules stipulated in this Agreement.

3.4 If a registered WikiBit account has not been actually used for any consecutive 90-day period, WikiBit reserves the right to delete the account and discontinue the provision of related services to the user.

Rules of Use

4.1 When applying to use the services of WikiBit, the user must provide accurate personal information to WikiBit. If any changes occur to such personal information, the user shall promptly update the relevant information.

4.2 The user shall not transfer or lend their account or password to any other person for use. If the user discovers any unauthorized use of their account, they shall immediately notify WikiBit. WikiBit shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of the user’s account or password resulting from hacking activities or the user’s negligent safekeeping.

4.3 With respect to any content uploaded by the user through the services of WikiBit (including but not limited to news comments and the WikiBit Community) to publicly accessible areas of the WikiBit website, the user agrees that WikiBit shall have a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and fully sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content (whole or part), and/or incorporate such content into any other forms of works, media, or technologies currently known or hereafter developed.

4.4 During the use of the services of WikiBit, users must comply with the following principles:

4.4.1 Comply with applicable laws and regulations;

4.4.2 Comply with all network protocols, rules, and procedures related to the services;

4.4.3 Not use the service system for any unlawful or illegal purposes;

4.4.4 Not use the services of WikiBit in any manner that infringes the interests of WikiBit, including but not limited to publishing commercial advertisements without WikiBit’s authorization;

4.4.5 Not engage in any activities that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet or mobile networks through the service system;

4.4.6 Not upload, display, or disseminate through the services of WikiBit any false, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful information or materials;

4.4.7 Not infringe upon any third party’s patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, reputation rights, or other lawful rights and interests;

4.4.8 Not use the service system of WikiBit to engage in any conduct detrimental to WikiBit.

4.5 WikiBit has the right to review and supervise users’ use of the services (including but not limited to reviewing content stored by users on WikiBit). If a user violates any of the above provisions while using the services, WikiBit or its authorized representatives have the right to require the user to make corrections or to take any necessary measures directly (including but not limited to modifying or deleting user-posted content, or suspending or terminating the user’s right to use the services) in order to mitigate the impact of such improper conduct.

4.6 Any statements, notices, warnings, or other communications made by WikiBit regarding specific services through various means (including but not limited to website announcements, emails, and SMS notifications) shall form an integral part of this Agreement. Users who use such services shall be deemed to have agreed to and accepted the contents of such statements, notices, and warnings.

Intellectual Property

5.1 Any text, images, graphics, audio, and/or video materials contained in the services provided by WikiBit are protected by copyright, trademark, and/or other laws relating to proprietary rights. Without the consent of the relevant rights holder, such materials shall not be directly or indirectly published, broadcast, modified for the purpose of broadcasting or publication, or redistributed in any media, nor used for any other commercial purpose. All such materials, or any part thereof, may only be stored on a single computer for private and non-commercial use. WikiBit shall not be held liable in any form to the user or any third party for any damages arising from such materials, including but not limited to delays, inaccuracies, errors, or omissions during transmission or delivery of all or part of such materials, or any losses arising therefrom.

5.2 All rights in any software used by WikiBit to provide the services (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, videos, audio, music, text, add-on programs, and accompanying materials included in the software) belong to the copyright owner of such software. Without authorization from the copyright owner, users shall not perform reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of such software.

Privacy Protection

6.1 Protecting user privacy is a fundamental policy of WikiBit. WikiBit undertakes not to publicly disclose or provide to any third party a user’s registration information or any non-public content stored by the user while using the services, except in the following circumstances:

6.1.1 Where prior explicit authorization has been obtained from the user;

6.1.2 Where required by applicable laws and regulations;

6.1.3 Where required by relevant government authorities;

6.1.4 Where necessary to protect the interests of the public;

6.1.5 Where necessary to protect the lawful rights and interests of WikiBit.

6.2 WikiBit may cooperate with third parties to provide related services to users. In such cases, if the third party agrees to assume the same level of obligation to protect user privacy as WikiBit, WikiBit is entitled to provide the user’s registration information and other relevant data to such third party.

6.3 Without disclosing individual user privacy information, WikiBit has the right to analyze the overall user database and to make commercial use of such aggregated data.

Disclaimer

7.1 Users expressly agree that all risks arising from the use of the services of WikiBit shall be fully borne by themselves. All consequences arising from the use of WikiBit’s services shall also be borne by the user, and WikiBit shall not assume any liability to the user.

7.2 WikiBit does not guarantee that the services will fully meet the user’s requirements, nor does it guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted. No warranty is given regarding the timeliness, security, or accuracy of the services.

7.3 WikiBit does not guarantee that the website, servers used to access the website, or any electronic communications sent by WikiBit are free of viruses or other harmful components.

7.4 WikiBit shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, special, or incidental damages arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use this website or its content.

7.5 Although reasonable care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the website, WikiBit assumes no responsibility for its accuracy. WikiBit expressly disclaims all representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any warranties regarding the operation of the website or its content.

7.6 The website may contain links to other websites that are not under the control of WikiBit. WikiBit assumes no responsibility for the content of such external websites in any manner. Such links are provided solely for user convenience and do not imply endorsement of their content by WikiBit.

7.7 WikiBit shall not be liable for any interruption or other failure of the services caused by force majeure or reasons beyond its control; however, WikiBit will make reasonable efforts to minimize any resulting loss or impact to users.

7.8 Users agree that WikiBit shall not be liable for any quality defects in the following products or services provided to users free of charge, nor for any losses arising therefrom:

7.8.1 Various free services provided by WikiBit to users;

7.8.2 Any products or services provided by WikiBit as promotional or bonus offerings.

Breach and Indemnification

8.1 If any loss is caused to the user due to WikiBit violating applicable laws and regulations or any terms of this Agreement, WikiBit agrees to assume liability for compensation for such damages.

8.2 The user agrees to assist and safeguard the interests of WikiBit and other users. If any loss is caused to WikiBit or any third party due to the user’s violation of applicable laws and regulations or any terms of this Agreement, the user agrees to bear liability for compensation for such damages.

Amendment of the Agreement

9.1 WikiBit reserves the right to modify any terms of this Agreement at any time. In the event of any changes, WikiBit will publish the revised Agreement on its website, and such publication shall be deemed as notice to the user of the modifications. WikiBit may also notify users of such changes through other appropriate means.

9.2 If a user does not agree to the revised terms of this Agreement made by WikiBit, the user has the right to discontinue using the services. If the user continues to use the services, the user shall be deemed to have accepted the revised terms of the Agreement.

Notices and Delivery

10.1 All notices issued by WikiBit to users under this Agreement may be delivered through website announcements, email, SMS, or standard postal mail. Such notices shall be deemed to have been duly delivered on the date of dispatch.

10.2 Any notices from the user to WikiBit shall be delivered via the officially published contact details of WikiBit, including its mailing address, fax number, or email address.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 The formation, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with the content or performance of this Agreement, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may initiate legal proceedings in the courts located in Singapore, where WikiBit is based.

Miscellaneous

12.1 This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the parties regarding the matters herein and related issues. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, no additional rights are granted to either party.

12.2 If any provision of this Agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding.
