誰創辦 Bitfinex？

Bitfinex 於 2012 年由 Raphael Nicolle 與 Giancarlo Devasini 共同創立。

Nicolle 最初是 IT 技術人員，在 Gutenberg Networks 擔任系統管理員。之後他專注研究 Bitcoin 生態系，以 Bitconica 交易平台程式碼為基礎，著手開發 Bitfinex。

Devasini 目前擔任財務長。他畢業於米蘭大學，獲醫學博士學位，但對技術充滿熱情，進入電腦硬體產業。他創辦 Point-G Srl 與 Solo SpA。2012 年 Devesini 遇見 Raphael Nicolle 並加入 Bitfinex，負責營運管理與風險控制。

限制使用 Bitfinex 的國家

Bitfinex 限制伊朗、北韓、古巴、敍利亞、克里米亞、頓內次克人民共和國，以及自稱的盧甘斯克人民共和國使用。美國公民、加拿大公民或居民、英屬維京群島、委內瑞拉政府與奧地利、義大利居民亦不可使用該交易所。
