is not authorized to provide the investment services set out in Article 140 of the Securities Market Act and the ancillary services set out in letters a), b), d), f) and g) of Article 141 of the same regulation, including investment advice, in relation to the instruments covered in Article 2 of said Act, including, for this purpose, foreign exchange operations.
