I was deceived by the Zipmex exchange in Taiwan and Singapore, totaling 390,000 TWD. May I ask customer service, is this your company's software, customer service, and boss? I wrote an email to you to inquire about the issue, but no one responded.
Zipmex's interface is pretty user-friendly, but their customer support could use some work. Trading fees are decent though.

The liquidity of ZIPMEX is really poor, which often affects my trading operations. Moreover, the efficiency of customer service feedback is also very low, and the speed of problem resolution is frustrating.

Zipmex isn’t regulated in Singapore but their application to the Monetary Authority of Singapore is in view. This may put off some investors who feel this puts their funds at risk. ...

Honestly disappointed with ZIPMEX. High transaction fees hit pockets, customer support isn't efficient!
