1.5 Account Security Verification
When you retrieve or change your password, in order to protect your account security, we need to verify your information, mainly including your email address, mobile phone number, and password.
1.6 Virtual Property Related Information
Purchase, inquiry, and use of virtual property. To facilitate your inquiry into virtual property and minimize potential risks, “My Coins” will record your recharge history, balance, and usage status.
1.7 QR Code Scanning Function
When you use the QR code scanning function in our APP, we need to obtain your device’s “Camera - Capture” permission. To enable image uploads and profile picture uploads, we need to obtain your device’s “Storage - Read External Storage” permission. To enable saving images, we need to obtain your device’s “Write External Storage” permission.
1.8 Push Notification Function
To ensure that you can normally receive push notifications from us, when our mobile application is closed or running in the background, you may still receive push notifications from us. VI. How to Delete Your Account
You have the right to apply for account deletion in accordance with the prescribed account cancellation process.
1. You may delete your account through 【Me - System Settings - Delete Account】 by selecting 【Apply for Account Deletion】 after meeting the conditions for account cancellation. We will process your request as soon as possible within 30 days after receiving your account deletion application and verifying your user identity. After the account is deleted, all information in your account will be erased.
2. Special Reminder: After deleting your account, you will no longer be able to log in to and use all our products and services and any third-party cooperative service content associated with them using this account. 1. Before applying to delete your account, in order to protect your account security and property rights, you need to check and ensure that the account you apply to delete simultaneously meets the following conditions, including but not limited to:
4.1 The account was registered by you through official channels, complies with this specification and related regulations, and is your own member account.
